We are happy to Announce that we are now taking FALL Consignment by Appointment Only. No Walk In’s. Due to Covid-19 we have had to put some restrictions on our drop offs. Please read the new rules and regulations carefully before contacting us to schedule your drop off appointment.

We allow 1 Drop off per Consignor per Month. (Every 30 days)
We are now scheduling appointments for Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. 
Please bring only 15 ITEMS Max.

Here is how the process works...
Please be on time for your appointment as there will be another after you.  If you are late we will have to reschedule. If you need to cancel please try to give us 24 hrs notice so we can fill the spot. No Shows will not be rescheduled.
*All items must be freshly laundered prior to appointment*
(we know y’all have been driving around with clothes in your trunk!)
We will sort through your items when you bring them in and choose pieces that are of current style and are sell-able.  We won't accept items without a label, whether it has been cut off, fallen off or never had one to begin with.
Please give us 14 days to process your items and place them on the floor.  You will receive an itemized list by email once they are on the floor.
We ask that you bring in no more than 15 items per month as your articles will be better showcased when the store is not overfilled.

What kind of items do we take?

We accept brand new, pre-loved clothing as well as purses, accessories, and shoes. They must be in excellent condition, freshly laundered, folded, in recycled bags works best. (No Hangers) Please bring clothing that are seasonally appropriate and of current style (purchased within the last couple years).
  • We won’t accept items without a label, whether it has been cut off, fallen off or never had one to begin with. 
  • We do not a take maternity wear, sleepwear, undergarments or lingerie, fur coats, bathing suits, prom/wedding or bridesmaids dresses. 
  • We will research your handbags and other items for authenticity. 
Brands we DO NOT ACCEPT: George, Joe Fresh, Ardene, Target, Old Navy, Reitmans, Bootlegger, Walmart, Smart Set, Ricki’s, Northern Reflections, Jessica, (Sears brands), Denver Hayes, Alia, Tanjay.
(As for the brands we do accept, there are just too many awesome ones to list!).

How much do I get for my items?

You will get paid for what has sold. (40% of the listed consignment price for items that sell in the 90-day contract period).
Glow Boutique will select and price items for consignment. We reserve the right to reduce the prices of items. If your items do not sell within the contract period we will email you. You will then have a choice to  pick up your items or choose to have us donate them to charity. (we will only hold items for 14 days of that email)
We will charge a processing fee of $1.00 per items if you choose to take your items back before the end of your term.
Merchandise accepted for consignment must meet the following criteria:
  • Current Style, excellent selling condition items purchased within the last few years.
  • Working zippers and fasteners.
  • Clean – laundered or dry cleaned.
  • No missing, loose or cracked buttons.
  • No holes, tears, matting or fading.
  • No signs of wear on collars, cuffs & hemlines.
  • No lint or pet hair.
  • No stains or odors.
  • All shoes & boots must be cleaned & polished (inside & out).
  • Handbags must be clean.
  • For designer or high-end labels, sales receipts are not expected but always appreciated.
    (Please do not take it personally if we cannot take your items. We have to take only the most wonderful stock and price it perfectly to compete with all the other awesome shops in town!)

    When can I get the money that is owed to me?

    Consignors are responsible for checking the status of their accounts, you may call or email us anytime.  You can use a credit on any store purchases or request a payout for your items once sold.
